30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 full days from the date you receive your order to return it without giving any reason. This gives you more time than the legal minimum because we want you to be able to review your order with complete peace of mind.

How Returns Work

Step 1 — Contact us. Send us an email at contact@rovellane.com with your order number and let us know that you would like to return your item.

Step 2 — Receive return instructions. Within 24 hours on business days, we will send you all necessary return information, including return instructions.

Step 3 — Ship the package. Pack the item securely and send the package using your preferred postal or courier service.

Step 4 — Receive your refund. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will refund the full purchase price within a maximum of 14 days using your original payment method.

Legal Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Rovellane, contact@rovellane.com — by means of a clear statement, such as a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Which Items Can Be Returned?

Items can be returned if they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, sealed items that have been opened after delivery, as well as custom-made or personalized products, are excluded from return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@rovellane.com and include a photo of the damage. We will take care of it immediately with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay for return shipping? In the case of approved claims, such as defective or damaged items, we cover the full return shipping costs. For returns without a specific reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

When will I receive my refund? After your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days using your original payment method.

What if the 30-day period has already passed? Contact us anyway — we review every case individually and will do our best to find a suitable solution.
