(3) Any differing or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract, even if we are aware of them, unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

(2) By clicking the “Buy Now” or equivalent checkout button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation that we have received your order will be sent by email immediately after the order is submitted. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.
(3) The purchase contract is concluded only when we accept your order, either by sending a separate email confirmation, a shipping confirmation, or by delivering the goods.
(4) If delivery of the ordered goods is not possible, for example because the item is not in stock, we will not accept the order. In this case, no contract is concluded. We will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made without delay.

(2) Payment is generally made in advance. The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
(3) All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted connections. We do not store credit card data. Such data is processed exclusively by certified payment service providers.

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is generally 24 months from receipt of the goods, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
(2) If the delivered goods are defective, you are initially entitled to supplementary performance, either by repair of the defect or delivery of a defect-free item, at your choice where legally applicable.
(3) If supplementary performance fails, you may withdraw from the contract, reduce the purchase price, or claim damages in accordance with applicable law.

(2) For other damages, we are liable only where such damages are caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
(3) Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases involving the breach of essential contractual obligations.

(2) We are not obligated and are not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If any problem occurs, we kindly ask you to contact us directly first — we will do our best to find a fair solution together.
(1) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider operates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence provide otherwise.
(2) If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered place of business of the provider, where legally permissible.
(1) If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
