We deliver to all countries within the European Union as well as Switzerland: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.

⏱ Delivery Times

Our total delivery time consists of processing time + shipping time.

Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM CET are usually shipped on the same day.

To ensure your order arrives quickly and safely, we work only with established logistics partners: DHL, DPD, GLS, and UPS. The shipping partner used for your order depends on your delivery country and the size of your order.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with your personal tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment in real time and see exactly when your package is expected to arrive.

📭 What Happens If I Am Not at Home?

No problem. Depending on the shipping partner, you may have several options:

  • 📦 Delivery to a parcel locker or DHL Packstation, where available
  • 🤝 Delivery to a neighbor, where permitted
  • 🔁 Redelivery on another day

❓ Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping

Do you ship outside the EU? We currently focus on the European market to ensure the best delivery times and service quality. If you are interested in delivery to another country, please contact us.

Are customs fees charged? For deliveries within the EU, no customs fees apply. For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties and import charges may apply depending on the order value and must be paid by the recipient.

Can I change my order after placing it? As long as your order has not yet been shipped, changes are possible in most cases. Please contact us as quickly as possible at contact@rovellane.com.

Do you deliver to parcel lockers? Yes, delivery to parcel lockers or DHL Packstations is possible when shipping with DHL and where the service is available.
